What are your delivery hours?
Answer: Our delivery hour is from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
I need to cancel or change my order! How can I do this?
Answer: Please contact the helpline Number as soon as possible, we can let the kitchen know before it starts preparing your order. Once the order goes into the process, it can not be changed. With regard to any refund of a payment you have made online, please contact myTrolly delivery. Please contact myTrolly Meal delivery.
Do you support bulk orders?
Answer: In order to provide all customers with a great selection and to ensure on-time delivery of your meal, we request you to order bulk quantity at least 24 hours in advance.
I want an invoice for my order?
Answer: Invoice Copy is sent via email & Text Message.
Can I order from 2 or more restaurants at the same time?
Answer: Yes, of course!
However each restaurant order will be treated as a different order. So the delivery charges may be applicable for each order.
Do you also deliver spoons and plates etc.?
Answer:Not usually. But if the order is large and you give us advance notice (more than 2 hours), we could arrange it for you - but, this is at the sole discretion of myTrolly, based on prior commitments, etc.
How is the food delivered to me?
Answer: After you place your order, it is sent to the restaurant. The restaurant confirms your order and the food is delivered by the delivery executives of that respective restaurant.
